What Am I Saying Wrong?

Our Mission
You have always felt that there is more to life, more that you could be doing. You have read the books, attended the training events, hired the coaches, tried the meditation, the self talk, the morning routines, and still your peak performance keeps slipping through your fingers. Trust me when I tell you, it is not your fault. It is the industry as a whole. They cannot give you what they do not have, do not know, and cannot explain.
The key to unlocking the quantum version of yourself is to unlock your mind and let it do what it does best. That still quiet voice you hear from time to time, the one that guides you, warns you, and occasionally stops you cold, is not supernatural. It is not divine guidance. It is not the universe trying to connect with you. It is your unconscious mind trying to communicate with your conscious mind. It has been sending you signals your entire life.
You were just never taught how to listen. VQP teaches you how to listen, how to respond, and how to direct that communication with precision. When your conscious and unconscious mind begin working together instead of against each other, the performance gap does not close gradually. It collapses.
Every framework inside VQP was stress tested in the real world before it was ever formalized into a system. Not in controlled conditions. Not with curated case studies. In boardrooms, in struggling businesses, with executives, athletes, coaches, and everyday people who had already tried everything else and were running out of options.
The results were not incremental. They were incredible, and transformational. A school that tripled enrollment when every advisor said lower your prices. A business generating seven figures in thirty days from zero. A property sitting unsold for eight years becoming the highest return investment of a man's entire career.
This is not theory dressed up as practice. This is practical application that became the reality.
The Mind Behind the Mission
Chip is a one man team, not that he doesn't need a team, he believes we all need a team. Right now he is just one man creating everything you see here. The culture with Chip is it must work one hundred percent of the time or it is not acceptable. His philosophy is to push the limits of what is possible into the realm of the impossible.
Meet Chip
For over thirty years Chip has been pushing the limits of what is possible in every area of life. He is not a theorist. He is a living testament to everything he teaches, because he used every method on himself first.
He pulled himself out of depression without drugs. He went from being one of the worst salespeople he had ever known to breaking records and coaching others to do the same. When others were teaching watered down psychology in sales training, Chip was working through actual psychology textbooks looking for answers that actually held up in the field.
That relentless drive led him to build an entirely new architecture for human performance, one that draws from neuroscience, cognitive psychology, psycholinguistics, body language, NLP, hypnosis, and quantum performance. Not in a laboratory. In the real world, with real people, over thirty years across seventy nine countries.
He is the world's first NeuroCognitive Language Coach and the creator of the High-Leverage Lens consulting model. Until now he has shared his technologies with only a small and select group of clients. You are hearing about Chip because for the first time he is bringing his work to the world.
Meet the Chairman
Chip serves as Chairman of the Board for every company in the Valhöll Quantum Performance portfolio. Each venture is led by its own CEO, and the companies run with remarkable independence. Chip spends very little time inside the day-to-day, stepping in to consult directly with CEOs when his perspective makes the difference.
He is decisive. Once a decision is made, he does not vacillate. He is a sigma leader by nature: independent, self-directed and comfortable leading from outside the spotlight, yet ready to take full charge the moment a situation calls for it. In the language of Tim Grover, he is a Cleaner: driven, focused and relentless about results.
Above all, he enjoys what he does. That is why the work never feels like work, and why his standard never slips.
From the Chairman's Office
Chip works from a home office designed in a southwestern contemporary style, all soft rounded corners and warm natural textures. Behind his desk hangs an Indian war shirt, a reminder of courage, heritage and the warrior's code. The desk itself is a beautiful piece of old driftwood, shaped by years of wind and water, and the chair is deep, comfortable leather that reclines for long hours of thinking.
It is a room built for clear decisions, and most of the portfolio's biggest ones are made right here.
Chip learns very fast and reads at over 2,000 words per minute. He remembers nearly everything his businesses require, and he connects with people on a deep level almost immediately. Coaching and teaching are not just skills for him; they are a calling.
PhD in Philosophy with an emphasis on holistic life coaching, plus numerous business, management and career certifications.
